CSS — Central Superior Services
CSS is FPSC’s Competitive Examination for federal occupational groups. It is not a rolling job board like FPSC general recruitment or PPSC ads. Register and apply only on fpsc.gov.pk.
MPT, written, interview

Written
Compulsory and optional papers after you clear MPT. English, Pakistan Affairs, Current Affairs, and Islamic Studies (or the notified alternative) sit at the core of most plans.
Interview
A viva voce after written results. OnMerit’s interview coach can rehearse CSS-style questions; it is not an FPSC board.
